Skills Development in Television Production

Our Television Division was launched in January 2008 when we enrolled our first intake of television production offender students. Skills taught include: script-writing; camerawork; lighting techniques; location sound; video editing; host presenting and directing. We also employ ex-offenders when funding allows.

Over the past few years our offender students have produced a number of exciting and relevant television series. Please visit our VIDEOS page for more info on some of these productions.

We are currently the only organisation in South Africa permitted to use broadcast video cameras in a Correctional Centre on a daily basis.
